Recombinant Mouse Anti-DENV-3 EDIII Antibody (2H12)
Recombinant Mouse Antibody (2H12) is capable of binding to DENV-3 EDIII, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). 2H12 neutralization varied between dengue serotypes and strains; in particular, dengue serotype 2 was not neutralized.
