ML-9
ML-9 is a myosin light chain kinase (MLCK) inhibitor. It enhances the anticancer activity of docetaxel and has potential application as an adjuvant to existing anticancer chemotherapy. It is used as an attractive tool for targeting autophagy in cancer therapy through dual inhibition of both the Akt pathway and the autophagy.
