Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 4-8); Fab Fragment
Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp120. 4-8 was shown to have high affinity for gp140 and it competed with CD4i Ab for binding to gp140. 4-8 neutralized 4/5 Tier 1 viruses but did not neutralize any of the Tier 2 viruses.
