RFRP3 (human) acetate

RFRP3 (human) acetate, a homolog of avian gonadotropin-inhibitory hormone, is an agonist of the NPFF1 receptor (IC50 = 0.7 nM for inhibition of forskolin-induced cAMP production). The human RFRP3 can effectively inhibit GNRH-stimulated gonadotropin secretion in sheep in vivo and in culture by inhibiting Ca2+ mobilization.
