Anti-Human TNFRSF18 Therapeutic Antibody (TRX518)
Recombinant Humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human TNFRSF18. TRX518, a novel, humanized monoclonal antibody that is designed to enhance the immune system's anti-tumor response. TRX518 is the first GITR-targeted therapeutic to enter human studies. TRX518 is currently being investigated for the treatment of cancer in a Phase 1 clinical trial.
