Recombinant anti-E. coli Etk intrabody in fusion with HIV Tat works within cells to bind E. coli Etk, expressed in E. coli cells. The intrabody is specific for the kinase domain of Etk and reduces or inhibits autophosphorylation or phosphorylation of a substrate.
