Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone DH377)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. This antibody DH377 recognized the V3 loop. It was able to neutralize 4 tier-1 viral strains, but not tier 2. It inhibited EC-virus interaction, inhibited DC virus transfer, had weak ADCC activity.
