Afuco™ Anti-Human ITGB3 ADCC Therapeutic Antibody, ADCC Enhanced
Anti-ITGB3 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. This is a novel humanized single-chain antibody against a particular epitope of integrin αIIbβ3 that specifically lyses activated platelets and thus reduces the possibility of platelet-assisted metastasis. In several animal models of cancer, this antibody was able to reduce symptoms associated with metastasis. Due to the specificity of this antibody, it does not lower the platelet count significantly, nor does it induce bleeding.
