Ganglioside-Total (ammonium salt)
Gangliosides are glycosphingolipids with sialic acid residues in the glycan chain. They are mainly present on the surface of neuronal cells and also present in serum. Four complex ganglioside structures, such as GM1, GD1a, GD1b and GT1b are the most abundantly found ganglioside in mammalian brains.
