Human Anti-APP Recombinant Antibody (clone 10D5); scFv Fragment
This product is a humanized antibody scFv fragment targeting human β-Amyloid peptide. This antibody scFv fragment specifically binds at least partially to Aβ peptide and effective to decrease of plaque load relating to amyloidogenic disorders and/or decrease of neuritic dystrophy. This antibody scFv fragment can be used for treating diseases relating to the amyloid deposition of Aβ in the brains of patients.
