Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody
Goat anti-rabbit IgG whole antibody conjugates are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with a mix of immunoglobulins from the target species. These conjugates undergo subsequent refinement and alterations (such as immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, or label conjugation) to produce highly precise reagents. During initial purification, the process retrieves whole immunoglobulins that bind to the immunizing antibody, predominantly comprising the ~150 kDa IgG class.
