Eicosatetraynoic Acid
ETYA is a nonspecific and cell permeable inhibitor of cyclooxygenases and lipoxygenases. ETYA inhibits phospholipase A2 (PLA2), cytochrome P-450, cyclooxygenase, 5-lipoxygenase, 12-lipoxygenase, and 15-lipoxygenase in whole cells.
