TAK-441

TAK-441 is a potent inhibitor of the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway. TAK-441 showed activity in inhibiting the expression of the transcription factor Gli1 mRNA in tumor-associated stromal tissue and inhibited tumor growth in a mouse medulloblastoma allograft model due to improved PK properties based on increased solubility.
