Dasabuvir-[13C,15N2,d3], is the labelled analogue of Dasabuvir. Dasabuvir is an antiviral drug for the treatment of hepatitis C. It inhibits hepatitis C virus (HCV) non-nucleoside NS5B palm polymerase to suppress RNA replicase. Dasabuvir is commonly used in combination with ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir to effect on HCV type 1.
