Recombinant Anti-human CASP3 Intrabody [Tat]
Recombinant anti-CASP3 intrabody in fusion with HIV Tat works within cells and specifically binds to pro-apoptotic protein CASP3, expressed in CHO cells. These intrabodies are useful drugs on their own as well as a means for identifying small compound drugs for degenerative diseases involving oxidative-stress-induced apoptosis.
