Cyclic ADP-ribose
Cyclic ADP-ribose is a potent calcium-mobilized second messenger synthesized from NAD+ by ADP-ribosyl cyclase. It increases cytosolic calcium mainly by Ryanodine receptor-mediated release from endoplasmic reticulum and extracellular influx through the opening of TRPM2 channels.
