AS-2444697 is a pootent and selective interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 (IRAK4) inhibitor (IC50 = 21 nM) with 30-fold selectivity for IRAK4 over IRAK1. AS2444697 significantly reduced or showed a decreasing trend in expression and levels of these inflammatory parameters.
