Recombinant anti-PTEN intrabody linked to (D-Arg)9 works within cells and directs against PTEN in T cells, expressed in CHO cells. The intrabody can modulate the expression and/or activity of PTEN in T cells, regulatory T cells, and CD4 T cells.
