Recombinant human antibody to gp41. This Fab was classified as class A, and inhibits LAV mediated Env-mediated cell fusion with an IC50 of 61 +/- 20 ug/ml (the range for the 9 new Fabs was 6-61 ug/ml. It interacts predominantly with 6-HB.
