Mouse Anti-Human IL1RAP Therapeutic Antibody
The anti-IL1RAP antibody specifically bind to the membrane-bound form of IL1RAP, which is a co-receptor for IL1 that function in the IL1 receptor signal transduction complex and is also expressed on cancer cells and caner stem cells. The specific antibody can be used in the treatment of hematopoietic cell cancers such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and chronic myelomoncytic leukemia (CMML).
