Human Anti-CD47 Recombinant Antibody (clone 13H3); Fab Fragment
Provided herein are novel CD47 antibodies that have low immunogenicity in humans and cause low or no level of red blood cell depletion or hemagglutination. Such antibodies can be used for treatment diseases mediated by CD47 or inhibition of phagocytosis or platelet aggregation.
