Sodium Erythorbate, CAS 6381-77-7, is the sodium salt of Erythorbic Acid, available as white or a slightly yellow crystalline pellet or powder. Sodium Erythorbate can keep both color and taste of food fresh without adding acidic taste; it's widely used as antioxidant (with E number E316) in processed food.
