Anti-Human KLRK1 Therapeutic Antibody scFv Fragment
This antibody is an efficient antagonist and competes with one or more natural ligands such as MICA for binding to human NKG2D, thereby reducing ligand- induced NKG2D-activation. But this antibody has insignificant agonistic effect on hNKG2D signalling, thus not contributing to NKG2D-driven inflammation.
