Mouse Anti-Trinitrotoluene Recombinant Antibody (clone 2G5B5); Fab Fragment
This product is a recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment that recognizes (both natural and recombinant) Trinitrotoluene. It was found that either the VH domain alone or a scFv incorporating the VH domain could serve as a recognition element for TNT. It is expected to be of use in detection assays and sensors.
