Human Anti-TPI 1 Recombinant Antibody (clone CSF); scFv Fragment
TPI is glycolytic enzyme essential for efficient energy production and are expressed in all prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. TPI and GAPDH have been considered to associate with brain microtubules. The anti-TPI or anti-GAPDH Abs may induce an immune hypersensitivity reaction, through activation of complements and macrophages, leading to neuronal and axonal degeneration in MS.
