An impurity of Vinblastine. Vinblastine, isolated from Vinca rosea Linn., is an antitumor agent that is used for the treatment of kinds of cancers, including Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-small cell lung cancer, bladder cancer, brain cancer, melanoma, and testicular cancer. It binds tubulin and inhibits the assembly of microtubules.
