Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2C6); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. 2C6 showed significant binding only to the Gag-Env pseudovirions and not to the gp120 monomer. 2C6 showed low-level neutralization activity against HIV BaL which increased with the addition of sCD4.
