FC 99 hydrochloride
FC 99 hydrochloride is an inhibitor of TLR3 expression and suppresses inflammatory responses induced by a synthetic dsRNA (poly(I:C)) and by exogenous IFN-α via IRF3. It inhibits the phosphorylation levels of ERK, JNK, and p38 in varying degrees without altering the total protein.
