APS-2-79 HCl

APS-2-79 is a MAPK antagonist which can modulate KSR-dependent MAPK signalling by antagonizing RAF heterodimerization and the conformational changes required for phosphorylation and activation of KSR-bound MEK. APS-2-79 was found to bind to the KSR active site with an IC50 value of 120 nM, antagonizing MEK (MAPKK) phosphorylation by RAF.
