CD8 MicroBeads, Human
CD8 MicroBeads were designed to facilitate the positive selection or depletion of human cytotoxic CD8+ T cells from various cell sources. The primary sources include peripheral blood and cord blood, although cytotoxic T cells have also been successfully isolated from lymph nodes, thymus, skin biopsies, and spleen.
