Nutrizyme PHY

Nutrizyme PHY (phytase) [EC 3.1.3.26] is produced from aspergillus niger using advanced fermentation and extraction technology. This enzyme efficiently breaks down indigestible phytic acid (phytate) present in grains and oilseeds, releasing digestible phosphorus, calcium, and other nutrients. As an animal feed additive commonly used for poultry and swine, Nutrizyme PHY enhances the nutritional value of plant-based feed by converting phytic acid (myo-inositol hexakisphosphate) into inorganic phosphate. This process not only improves nutrient availability but also helps reduce environmental phosphorus pollution.
