Mouse Anti-Stx1B Recombinant Antibody (clone Hybrid D11C6); Fab Fragment
This product is a recombinant mouse antibody fab Fragment that recognizes Enterohaemorrhagic Escherichia coli Stx1B. It is a recombinant hybrid-IgG⁄IgA using of the variable regions of D11C6 mAb and the Fc region of G2G7 mAb. Hybrid-IgG⁄IgA consists of a variable region, the CH1 domain and the complete hinge region from IgG, and the CH2 and CH3 domains from IgA. It bound to immobilized Stx1B and interfered with the binding of Stx1B to CD77-positive Ramos cells.
