Recombinant human antibody to gp120. 4KG5 has a highly complex epitope on gp120 involving the V1, V2, and V3 loops. 4KG5 recognized HIV-1 envelope proteins derived from JR-FL, JR-CSF, BaL, ADA and R2, but not MN, DH123, HxB2, YU2, SF2 and 89.6.
