Recombinant Mouse Antibody scFv Fragment clone Ab-1, which is specific to Basigin. Ab-1 binds basigin with high affinity, blocks the PfRH5-Basigin interaction in vitro, and inhibits erythrocyte invasion by multiple P. falciparum strains.
