Human Anti-TGFB1 Recombinant Antibody (clone Ab2); scFv Fragment
Disclosed herein are therapeutic use of isoform-specific, context-permissive inhibitors of TGFβ1 in the treatment of disease that involve TGFβ1 dysregulation. Ab2 was shown to be inhibitors of activation of latent TGFpl complexes and were cross-reactive to mouse.
