Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp41. This is a mature variant of 10E8, consisting of 19 H chain/16 L chain framework mutations. 10E8-19fH/16fL, along with the 10E8-19fH/10fL and 10E8-10fH/16fL variants, had the best neutralization potency and breadth.
