Anti-Human CD37 Therapeutic Antibody scFv Fragment (chHH1.3)
The chimeric anti-CD37 antibody is derived from a murine monoclonal antibody. The target CD37 is a member of the tetraspanin superfamily, which is a heavily glycosylated cell surface molecule with four transmembrane domains and two extracellular loops. For the function of CD37 in regulating cell development, activation, grow and motility, the anti-CD37 antibody can be useful in immunotherapies and radioimmunotherapies that are base on B-cell depletion, B cell malignancies and autoimmune conditions.
