Brivudine-[13C,15N2], is the labelled analogue of Brivudine. Brivudine is a uridine derivative and nucleoside analog with pro-apoptotic and chemosensitizing properties. Brivudine is an antiviral drug used in the treatment of herpes zoster. Like other antivirals, it acts by inhibiting replication of the target virus.
