Human Anti-IL6R Recombinant Antibody (clone Fv5-M83); scFv Fragment
This is a humanized anti-IL-6 receptor scFv antibody, which is derived by altering the amino acid sequences of the variable and constant regions of TOCILIZUMAB to enhance the antigen-neutralizing ability and increase the pharmacokinetics. The Fv5-M83 is expected to be useful as pharmaceutical IL-6 antagonists.
