Anti-Human Gb3 Therapeutic Antibody scFv Fragment (22F6)
The antibody which directs against the membrane glycosphingolipid globotriaosylceramide (Gb3) can be potentially used for staining cells expressing Gb3 and has an antiangiogenic activity on proliferating endothelial cells. The antibody may be used in the treatment of diseases associated with angiogenesis, and particularly solid tumors.
