Active Recombinant Human CD244 protein, Fc & Avi-tagged, Biotinylated

Biotinylated Human 2B4, Fc Tag, Avi Tag is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Cys 22 - Arg 221 (Accession # NP_057466.1). Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin. The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.
