Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGI46); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. HGI46 can bind to Env proteins from clades B, BC, C and F. It partially inhibited sCD4 binding to gp120. HGI46 neutralized 1/20 isolates in the HOS-based assay, a clade B Tier 1 isolate.
