Human Anti-LAM Recombinant Antibody (clone P30B9); scFv Fragment
Human monoclonal anti-LAM antibody P30B9 was isolated from cultured memory B cells obtained from a TB-infected patient, TB-314. P30B9 reacted strongly and with high specificity with ManLAM derived from Mycobacterium tuberculosis and with dimannose-capped Ara4 and Ara6 structures, and with considerably weaker activity to the other mannose-containing structures.
