C57BL/6J-H2-Obem1 Mouse
The H2-Ob gene is located on mouse chromosome 17. Six exons are identified, with the ATG start codon in exon 1 and the TAG stop codon in exon 6. Exon 1~6 will be selected as target site. Cas9 and gRNA will be co-injected into fertilized eggs for KO mouse production.
