Fimepinostat is an orally bioavailable phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) class I and pan-histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor with potential antineoplastic activity. After oral administration, Fimepinostat inhibits the activity of PI3K class I isoforms and HDACs, thereby preventing activation of the PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway.
