BP Lipid 136

BP Lipid 136 is an amino lipid which has long (11 carbons) lipid tail on the primary ester. Both esters are located at C7 position and the head contains propanolamine which can efficiently encapsulate mRNA. The lipid can be used to prepare mRNA nanocarriers with good balance of delivery efficiency and pharmakokinetics as well as rapid lipid clearance profile.
