Recombinant Human Anti-TLR4 Antibody (15C1)
Recombinant Human Antibody (15C1) is capable of binding to TLR4, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-TLR4 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-TLR4 proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This is a potent anti-human Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) neutralizing antibody. It could antagonize the receptor dimerization necessary for its activation.
