BMS-906024, a selective and orally active γ-secretase inhibitor, is a potent inhibitor of pan-Notch receptors with IC50s of 1.6, 0.7, 3.4 and 2.9 nM for Notch-1, -2, -3 and -4 receptors, respectively. It has broad-spectrum antineoplastic activity.
