Rat Anti-AChR Recombinant Antibody (clone mAb192)
Recombinant Rat Antibody (mAb192) is capable of binding to AChR. This antibody binds at the MIR of the human AChR with an unusually high affinity (Kd=0. 05 nm) and very efficiently protects the AChR against binding of sera for MG patients.
