NESS 0327
NESS 0327 is a potent and selective cannabinoid (CB) receptor antagonist with selectivity for CB1 receptor over CB2 receptor with Ki values of 0.35 pM and 21 nM, respectively. It shows more potent efficacy for CB1 over SR 141716A.
